Revinco Frequently Asked Questions

1.) How does Revinco generate its leads?
Our Opportunity Seeker and MLM Leads are compiled from direct response to national advertisements in magazines, newspapers, internet, direct mail and telemarketing campaigns. Our Consumer and business mailing lists are derived from multiple sources depending on individual client needs. These sources include Equifax, Experian, Transunion, Dun & Bradstreet amongst others.
2.) How will I receive my order?
Email leads are shipped via email to the address you have provided on your order. Mailing lists on peel & stick labels are shipped to you either by First-Class or Priority Mail at our expense depending on the quantity ordered.
3.) In what format do you send your email & phone leads in?
Email and phone leads are sent in Excel Format. Microsoft Office is required to open the files. If you need your leads send in Microsoft Word you must tell us when you are placing your order. Google's free Gmail allows users to view Excel Spread Sheets even when Microsoft Office is not installed in their PC. You can go to Google.com and sign up for a free Gmail account.
4.) What is your lead replacement policy?
All data is sold "as is." Due to the nature of the service we are providing all sales are final and no refunds will be given. 10% margin of error is within the industry standard whenever an entire mailing list is used. Revinco provides 10% extra data with your order. No further replacements will be given above the 10% already provided.
5.) What types of payments do you accept?
We accept Visa, Master Card and Discover via phone and through the Revinco.com website. If you wish to pay by Pay Pal please call to acquire our Pay Pal information. We also accept payments by mail in the form of personal checks and money orders. Personal checks are held for 7 business days for clearance. You may call a representative at any time for our full mailing address. Western Union is accepted from both US and Non-US residents. Please phone us directly to acquire the recipient information needed for a Western Union transfer.
6.) How long does it take to receive my order?
All "confirmed and verified" orders are processed and shipped the very same day. (Except special orders) Mailing lists are shipped either by First-Class or Priority Mail and will typically be received within 3-5 business days excluding holidays and weekends. Leads to be shipped by email are usually delivered within a few hours but could take up to 72 hours depending on weekends, holidays, special orders, etc.

8.) What is the difference between single use versus multiple uses?
A one-time use of a mailing list means you may only use the list one time. With unlimited use, you may use the list as many times as you want for one year. After one year, you may continue marketing to anyone who responded to your initial campaign or who became a client. Those individuals however who never responded to your campaign you may no longer contact.
9.) What is the difference between a Consumer List and an Occupant List?
A Consumer List allows you to use demographic and psychographic filters to reach your best prospects, and is addressed to a specific individual within the household. An Occupant List is addressed to the 'Current Resident' only and is appropriate when you want to reach or saturate every household within a geographic area, without the use of demographic filters.
10.) Are your leads scrubbed against the Do Not Call list?
No. Availability of phone numbers does NOT imply compliance with current State and Federal No-Call legislation. Telemarketers are still required to process No-Call lists per State and Federal Law.
11.) How many times are your leads sold?
Mailing lists delivered on peel and stick labels are sold only once. Email and phone leads may be sold 2-3 times but we do not sell the same leads to anyone in the same program or company so you get exclusive use of your leads within your company.
12.) How fresh are your leads?
MLM and Opportunity Seeker peel and stick label leads are 7-10 days fresh. The age of our email and phone leads are clearly marked next to the package on our website.
13.) Do you have monthly auto ship or auto renewals?
All leads are one time only purchases, unless you specify otherwise. Many companies make auto ship automatic, hoping you'll forget to cancel and charge you for more leads. With Revinco auto ship is an option only.
14.) Do you offer a guarantee?
No. In standing behind our leads we have set many "entry level price points" for each lead package we offer to eliminate or minimize your financial risk as you test your leads.
15.) Do you offer free samples of leads?
We do not offer free lead samples. A small sample could never give you an accurate representation of the overall quality of our leads. That is why we have created "entry level price points" for each lead package we offer to eliminate or minimize your financial risk as you test your leads. Just as we spend money to test market our business in a professional way we expect the same from our customers.
16.) Do you offer refunds?
We do not offer refunds. All sales are final. Please refer to our "Terms of Service" before making a purchase.
17.) Do you ship outside the U.S.?
Yes, we have many very satisfied international clients. Please visit our "International Clients" link to arrange payment and to place your order.
18.) If I order a large quantity of your Peel & Stick Mailing Labels, will I receive duplicate leads?
No, our Mailing Lists are completely duplicate free. We add approximately 80,000 - 150,000 fresh new leads each and every week.
